We are a married couple, having the privilege to be born in the island of Crete in Greece. We are taste enthousiastics, always looking for something new but we always honour our heritage.
In 1999 i studied at the Hellenic Tourism School in order to become a chef. 15 years later, having all the experience needed and always looking for quality in my end products, i finally can present new deli food, using ingridiends that the nature of Crete provides.
